Anti spy is the solution that AT&T and Yahoo created jointly to detect and remove spy ware and ad ware on your computer. It will scan your system fully to locate the troublesome ad ware and spy ware and permits you to decide what to allow (in the Allow list) and what to remove.

Spy ware of course means the hidden programs that you will find running on your computer. They keep a track of your online activities and pass this info on to a third party without your knowledge or consent. This can be embarrassing and can even expose you to identity theft.

Regardless of how these programs got into your system they can be easy to install but very difficult to detect and remove. This is where Anti - spy comes in. It helps make the removal process so simple that you will have no trouble getting rid of these harmful "pests" and can once again control your own PC

By using the Online Protection Dashboard you can find out when the last Anti-Spy scan was performed. You can also run a scan and check for further updates from the Online Protection Dashboard.

Here is how to install anti spy

First launch the Online Protection Dashboard, and then click on Anti-Spy to open its status display

Click the Install Now button if the dashboard shows that Anti-Spy is not installed

If you have already installed a previous version, then it will be replaced automatically, no need to uninstall it first
